William – I’m sorry I haven’t gotten back to you. I hope you are well and thank you for all your help re: the property. We were up there last week on Sunday, cleaned up a bit and had some fun, bonfire, etc. If you’re in the area, stop by if you see us there! You were a great help .. we really appreciated your attentiveness to our questions. You were eager to make sure we had all the answers we needed, and we felt secure by having you with us on the journey. You weren’t pushy, you were highly patient, and that was what resonated most for us. Thanks so much again! Tracey

William Caldwell helped us with everything we needed from the moment we responded interest into a house that was for lease in our area. My girlfriend and myself have a family of 7 currently but in about 6 weeks will be 8. We were in s townhouse before and not enough room for everyone. So we were looking for a bigger house to accomodate the whole family including our new addition. By the next day we heard back from William and set up a time to go and view the property we really liked. He helped us alot in leasing our first new home. He aswered all the questions we had day in and day out as well as helped us make sure all the proper paperwork was done corrrectly and before we knew it our moving day had arrived. We appreciate all of Williams assistance and highly recommend him to everyone for any buying or selling of your property. He is always there for his clients and stays in contact after the deal is complete. Thanks again William Jody And Steve
