Absolute horrible agent. Only cares about his pocket, no care in the world for his client or whats in the clients best interest. Don't believe the phony 5 star reviews posted - Two of the 5 star comments alone are from his own staff.

No one can argue Daryl has worked hard and done well, won many awards but that was then this is now. Its about the buyer NOW. Truly disappointed to write this but felt the need to post. He assessed my home told me what it was worth so I even lowered the price 10,000 less than what he suggested. All I had asked is if this home doesn't sell within a specific time that he come get his signage and cancel our listing. True to form nothing happened other than Daryl telling us to drop our listing by 150,000 dollars! LOL. Let face it what does he really care about his commission when the different to him would be couple thousand dollars. On one hand he was showing us how many homes he sold like hotcakes over asking and now he was telling us the markets dropped our home wasn't worth more than 899,000. Our calls went unanswered to the point we had to act like a collection agency trying to reach Daryl making numerous calls until he actually took our call. I had to drive into the office to track him down. I called the office 5 times and asked him to pick up his signage that we were not happy. He kept telling us to lower the price. We were not going too. He never came to get his signage I had to pull them out of the ground messing up my car with mud and soil and drop them off. As well on one showing a clients child knocked over my guitar damaging it as his staff were not watching my home during open house. He never offered to replace or repair the instrument. Remember this is a guy who makes 7 figures a year rolls around in a high end car and couldn't care less about a $350 guitar let alone me the client. His staff even made fun of the furniture one day. "Thats the Daryl King Team" We sold our home in 2 days with another local reputable company for $239,000 more! Daryl knows how to sell but he's lost track about caring about people and thats what being a real real estate agent is all about. Real estate agents are 5 cents a dozen but the ones that care and have the skills to sell our golden. The reviews below showing 5 star? Elina is an agent! ( ^ ^ ) maybe my dog can write a review he's thinking of listing his home but he needs a good agent, he'll ask my neighbours cat for a referral.

We recently used Daryl's firm to rent a house in Richmond Hill. My wife and I found the unit with no help from the agent. After we signed the deal, my wife and I went in the house with the agent to take measurements. While we were doing that upstairs, the agent went into my wife's purse in the kitchen and stole $400 from her wallet. When we told Daryl about the incident, he said that he suspected the agent was stealing from him personally as well and said he would pay us back. It turned out be an empty promise because when we asked weeks later, he didn't pay. This story says a lot about Daryl's character and his agents, use them at your own risk.

Rather poor quality agent. Top Million Lie Agent. The gnome like man with a bad comb-over and enough oil in his few hairs that he could make sold dressing. Don't let him eat unless you have safety glasses. Spits a bit. His knowledge of real estate is a big fat Daryl (zero) Cheers
