You get what you pay for. The quality is 2/5. The installation service is 0/5. I have a house built before 1980. It has stucco which potentially can contain asbestos. The installation team came with one guy had full face respirator mask and started cutting the old windows off. No other protection were provided to surrounding, people and house. The cutting made a big mess in my house. They didn't care to clean up. Even they did, the fact they don't make sure asbestos tested and abated is scary and could post health hazardous to people. All they care is to finish their job and go home. Poor service.

Incredible price and fantastic quality with a 20yr warranty. Had our whole house done. Very very pleased with the new Windows and doors

Good price and very quick... downside is not much care about the details when installing. Patio door casing was not professionally done. Installers smoking and dumping cigarette butt in front and backyard... not answering well with some questions because of language barriers.

this is my second time dealing with csky windows. the first time, i had a huge livingroom window, patio door and bedroom window replaced. someone came and measured, they called me with a verbal quote and followed with an email. they give an "all in" price. i had to call them a few months ago b/c my patio door wasn't sliding properly. they said it would be about 3 weeks (sep 20) before they could send anyone out here to fix it. a few days before that, mike from csky called and asked to come by. i told him it wasn't a good time as my kids had a class and we'd have to leave in half hour. plus, since i'd called, my son's bedroom window had been broken and i also wanted him to measure it for a quote. he insisted he was nearby and it wouldn't take long. mike arrived, with no tools, so i had to go and find what he needed (screwdrivers and such), he measured the window and we were very late to class. i got a phone call from csky saying it would cost $450 for my son's window. i said that's a lot! she said if i wanted more than one window then it would be cheaper. so i asked how much for two bedroom windows about same size? she said she'd have to send someone out to measure and they had a big job out near me so someone would call me. well, no one did, and after many phonecalls and emails, finally mike came to measure. he also had to remeasure the first window b/c he couldn't find the first measurement. he showed me his book full of measurements but he doesn't write down the date, name or phone number of who the measurements belong to! disorganized. he told me my son's window would be $495 and the 2nd window is $549 (it's 12 cm longer) IF i got BOTH done. otherwise, each window would cost more. i told him i was quoted $450 for ONE window. he said that's wrong, the prices don't change. when i phoned the office to confirm the initial quote, the girl told me it changed because they get their windows made in the USA and the exchange rate is higher. most places will honour their quote for at least 30-60 days. i've been trying to get csky to agree to their initial quote and it's been a nightmare. the girl who picks up the phone refused to give her name (finally she said it was mia, after telling me i didn't talk to her and there are many other girls who work there etc), and then said she was new there. i believe she has always been the same person who answers the phone! she at first didn't tell me who the manager was and says she doesn't know his schedule or contact information and the best she can do is get him to call me but it's been weeks and still nothing. i found out the manager's name is jeffery but he's never there and apparently she has her own manager. i asked for his name but she refused to tell me and said he'll call me and hung up!
