Poor customer service. Shane never gets back to you. I have left many messages for months now almost a year. Once they have your money they don't want to come back and fix the problem. I told them my issue with the window prior to the quote to address everything and nothing was fixed. My window is still drafty. I can feel the cold air blowing through my window it is even worse on windy days. Shane and the other owner do not return your call they say they pass your name and number to the service department they never ever phoned me back. I have called Shane and his partner back and still no help. DO NOT BUY From this company they do not do a good job or return your calls or fix the problem.

I've been working with Lynnmour and Shane for a few years now and have always felt well looked after and fairly treated. They are quick to quote, reliable for appointments to measure and install and always stick to the quoted price. Their workmanship is top notch and if there are ever deficiencies they are quick to resolve them. I strongly recommend their services!

I hired Lynnmour Glass to put in a glass door on my shower in 2013 in response to a recommendation by my contractor. I was happy with the workmanship and the response time. Recently the door has been rubbing, an obvious sign that something is out of alignment. I needed a service call. It took quite a few frustrating tries to get Shane (one of the owners and in charge of residential sales) to call me back, but with the help of their marvelous front office assistant Marie, he finally reached me and arrainged for the job to be done. The two guys that came to do the work were professional, quick and friendly. I would recommend Lynnmour again (just persist with Shane!)

I've used these guys a couple of times. They provide no fuss installation although not totally clean. I have found their prices to be high or above average, depending how much they think they can get away with, and a lot of the glass came from outside suppliers. Overall, I'd look elsewhere, unless you are pushed for time.

Lynnmour Glass never fails to offer poor customer service and apparently can't do the job right the first time. Have dealt with them twice, hoping that the second experience would be different, but instead it turned out to be worse. Glass wasn't installed correctly, they left a mess, and failed resolve other issues related to the install. When contacted there was never an apology and we had to chase them down. There are plenty of other glass companies in town, many more affordable, so I would encourage you to use someone else, so you don't go through what we went through.
