Horrible quality horrible service. They change their name to Eurosell windows now. They took $ 10k from me didn't finish my job and what ever they did is horrible now they want more $2200 and also put lein on my property. I try to talk to sales person Mani but after taking money he never anwer my phone and also girl on front desk she is so rude. So never go there for windows .

WORST service ever and VERY unprofessional!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE for the sake of your TIME and MONEY - and MENTAL HEALTH!! On August 23, my mom and I ordered eleven windows that were to be installed in our new house that was/and still is undergoing renovation. We were told it'd take 3 WEEKS for the windows to be delivered. On the day of the delivery, NO WINDOWS were delivered. When we went to the store to discuss this matter, we were told the delivery has been delayed by a week (the exact date they gave us was September 21st). We had already made full payments, so we decided to just wait one more week. One week later = STILL NO WINDOWS delivered. Called the store, asked the receptionist about what was going on with our windows, she replied she would talk to the manager and call us back in a few minutes =she never called us back. When we called the store again, we were told the delivery has been delayed by yet another TWO WEEKS. The receptionist was barely apologetic about this, and the manager didn't even make an effort to inform us let alone apologize about this. At this point, we decided it would be faster to use a different store, and so we told the receptionist we'd like to refund the windows. Again, she told us she'd discuss it with the manager and call us back - you know the pattern: she never called us. A day later, the manager called us, and literally ranted, yelled, screamed at us, telling us to go ahead and refund the windows if we really couldn't wait - and we did. (By the way, our windows were custom size, so we were surprised we could even get the refund) Our new house, which at this point should have all the windows installed, is currently windowless. We need to repeat the process of looking for a different store, placing orders, and waiting for delivery again... and our house will stay windowless for at least three more weeks from now on. Just totally baffled by the lack of professionalism and the barely-apologetic, audacious attitude of the staff. I would honestly give 0 stars if I could, but one star is the minimum rating here. The ratings at HomeStars are way outdated, so don't be deceived by them. 혹시 창문주문하려고 이 가게를 눈여겨 보셨다면, 제발 다른곳으로 가주세요. 배달날짜 당일날 창문이 도착안하길래 전화로 물으니, 일주일이 지연됬다고 뻔뻔하게 통보... 일주일 후에도 감감무소식.. 전화해서 물어보니 이번엔 2주를 더 기다리라는 통보. 결국 2달을 기다리는건 무리인것 같아서 환불을 요청하니, 배달이 늦어졌을때는 한번도 전화한적 없던 담당자에게서 전화가 와서 성질을 성질대로 내며 환불하고싶으면 맘대로하라고 하더군요. 커스텀 사이즈로 주문한 창문이, 배달날짜가 훨씬 지나서도 환불이 된다는게 다행이기도 하면서 어이가 없기도 하더군요..... 이 곳은 피하세요.

This is an India liars windows company , They changed their name to Eurosell windows Ltd now , They offered horrible quality windows with lots of manufactory problems to People , Material they used to make windows even are harmful to people health . They lied , played games and cheated people for money , They asked for cash , but refused to offer any receipt . People has to sue them in the court to get their money back , but they changed their company name again to avoid court order . they changed name from time to time for cheating clients money and to avoid take responsible for their junky windows , their super bad quality product has lots of manufactory problems , but they did not care , you called them and only get yelling and hanged up from them , lie and yelling is the only thing that you got from them after they successfully cheat money from your pocket , for your money , time and even mental health , Do not go to this india liars windows company with jucky product no matter what kind of lies they told you .

Alert !!! stay away from this liar company . This is the worst and terrible company that we never meet in our life ,This company changed their name to Eurosell windows Ltd to continue to cheat , lied and fooled customers , they are all India people , never dream that they would keep their promise or follow the contract , Once your money entered their pocket , your nightmare are coming , you will have a excellent chance to see these india people lie , play games , cheating for money , you would not get any windows from them , and you have to go to court to get your money back . but even you win the law suit , they changed to another name and you would not get your money back , plus you would waste lots of time ,energy and money to deal with this professional india liar company .
