After getting new Sashmasters windows and doors I am convinced that new high quality custom milled windows should be top priority in every renovation project. Not only does it change your house outside, but the interior is absolutely stunning. After getting rid of my cheap plastic windows, my house is not recognizable. I am loving the double hung feature in a double paned window. It gives the old house feel without the old house hassle. The best part about working with Sashmasters was their extensive attention to detail while not shying away from difficult requests . They let me design the solution myself and even replicated old wood work and styles from neighboring homes so I could get an accurate old house feel. Sashmasters staff worked very hard to get everything just perfect, they let me get fussy with color choices and made sure I was 100% pleased before leaving the job site. I will definitely be using them again for my next project. Some photos attached of before and after pictures.

i have had the distinct pleasure to work on 2 successful Heritage projects with Sashmasters in the past 5 years... both are well know Vancouver landmarks. The first was the famous Yale Hotel on Granville Street which involved replacement of the old windows with period correct wood windows approved by the City's Heritage Board. The second was a one-off house known as the Hobbit House on West King Edward Avenue... this entire home also had all the old windows replaced with period correct double glazed diamond leaded glass sashes and windows as approved by the project Heritage consultant. Sashmasters shop and field crews demonstrate a high degree of skill, craftsmanship with integrity and with the ability to be innovative as required. I look forward to working with Sashmasters again in the future and would highly recommend them for any Heritage window project !

When I bought my old house 21 years ago I asked Jordan at Sashmasters to replace all 19 single- paned windows with double- paned windows, using the same unique and attractive design as the original, which meant each window was divided into six separate smaller panes of glass. Because each window was individually designed, measured and constructed, I spread out their installation over several years so I could pay for them as they were installed I recently contacted Jordan at Sashmasters to ask him to repair one of windows as condensation is forming between the panes. He quickly agreed to fix the problem, although the installation was more than 10 years ago. Sashmasters did an excellent job, and I am still getting compliments on the vintage look the windows give to my old house. I always enjoyed working with the crew, who were punctual, polite and professional. They also re-built a sunroom for me, including a new frame, drywall and windows. I would recommend them for any custom window job, and in fact, have recommended them to a few friends. Lynda C, Vancouver

I would happily recommend the work done by Sashmasters. We recently had all our original windows and front door replaced on our heritage home. The new double glaze windows are a perfect match, and the door and stain glass window look lovely. From consultation to installation there was not one hiccup. We are extremely happy with the work done by Jordan and his team.

Sashmasters have just completed replacing our original heritage home windows with custom wooden framed double glazing. Amazing service and quality from beginning to end, we especially like the work done on the stained glass windows.
