We had Island Glass installed 2 bathroom mirrors for us. Upon comparing several quotes, Island Glass had the best price for our bronze mirror in our powder room. The first piece were off by half an inch. We told them the issue. They were able to fabricate another piece, delivere and install it within a week. The communication was very good. Staff are punctual. Overall experience was really good.

I would like to thank all the staff that helped me with my bathroom project. From phone calls to Brent and Jamie and installation by Scott and John. Everything was seamless. Very helpful, informative and professional. I was recommended to your company and I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. Thank you for a very positive experience with your company

Terrible attitude! I called to get a quote for a table top for our law firms conference room. I had to call a second time because the owner of the office decided to go with a different dimensions. The gentleman on the phone said you called yesterday too, you seem not be serious and we have no time to waste for you or on you. Aren't I allowed to call a business and check the price if the order we would like to make is going to be different??? So rude, avoid this business altogether. You as a customer deserve to be treated better especially when paying thousand plus dollars for a price of glass.

I called them to look at a broken window on the second floor of my house and was told to expect a return call, none came however 2 people showed up the next day without warning. I wasn't there but I received an email from their service manager 3 days later saying they didn't want the job saying there were safety concerns but no detail what they were. Had they taken the trouble to actually speak with the customer they would have realised how easy the job was. I'm left thinking they don't like working above ground floor level, must be nice to be so particular. Follow up to the owners reply Dear Mr Anonymous owner, you have my phone number, address and email, the number one rule in customer service is always communicate effectively with your client. Apart from my initial call to your company, no--one has ever spoken with me. In my response to your service managers email rejecting this different but easy job, I pointed out that I could have alleviated any of what he referred to as 'safety concerns'. Now you call it dangerous yet no-one has used that term before you. I call that nonsense, floating homes are different to work on and far from dangerous. If I could delete the one star I gave your company, I would. In short your company simply couldn't be bothered. Btw cell phones are an important tool for most businesses to have these days, you might instruct your employees what they are and how to use them

I called Island Glass a few weeks ago because the top hinge on my shower door was broken and needed to be replaced. They sent 2 installers to my home to estimate (other companies aren't even willing to send anyone to my home to give me an estimate) the cost of its replacement. When I got the quote, I thought it was high (it had been the first company that I had called) but when I called other companies to compare prices, Island Glass turned out to be the lowest quote. The same 2 employees (Tristin and Justin) came today and did a SUPER professional job in less than half an hour. They replaced the hinges with much higher quality and heavier hinges. Tristin even tightened the shower door handle for me and Justin replaced the covering at the bottom of the door and showed me how to take it off to clean and how to replace it afterward. They seemed very proud of the quality of work that their company does and they certainly did a really top notch job here! Thanks so much, guys! I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone!
