Great job with our sliding doors! Had to hire them to fix the work of another company. The delivery took about a week longer than we thought it would, but worth the wait.

Maybe they could supply a good product. But I was not prepared have to get past the bad attitude to find out

I'm writing this review after getting off the phone who i presume was Bill. Bill was very unprofessional, and very very rude. After putting me on hold twice, he proceeded to interrupt me multiple times while I was trying to explain the situation. I had called last week, and talked to a much nicer male, who asked me to send pictures of the oval-shaped table in my office. Bill kept telling me he didn't understand, and proceeded to repeat the phrase "name the size, get the prize". He didn't even try understand the situation! Even when I explained it to him, he told me that he won't do oval tables because they're too hard to do. Shortly after, he told me he didn't have time for me and asked me "what I wanted to do" and aggressively told me to just send another email, and hung up. Who does that? I'm pretty sure he felt the need to be rude to me because I'm 17, and I don't sound like an adult. Well, i got news for you. I am NOT a child and deserve the same respect as anyone else you talk to. I am very unhappy with how he handled the situation, and I'm definitely not going to give my business to someone who doesn't want or deserve it.
