My wife and I are so glad we decided to use Canada Custom Shutters for our installation. Not only was the price great, but the service from the salesperson, front desk staff right up to the installer was superb. The installation was quick and the shutters look great. There was a slight issue with how we wanted one of our bedroom shutters cut 1/3 from the top, however the owner came in himself and replaced the pull bars for no extra charge. This great customer service proved to me that we made the right choice. I would highly recommend Canada Custom Shutters for anyone looking for great service, quality and price.

We have been using Canada Custom Shutters for years. My brother first introduced me to this family owned company 5 years ago and after interviewing 3 other companies, I went with CCS because his recommendation, CCS's competitive pricing and the details Mark gave during the quotation process. The shutters made for 2 sun-burst arches fit perfectly and looks awesome. Their 3.5" wood plantation shutters are extremely durable and look as new over the 5 + years. The paint has not faded, cracked or yellowed and the mechanism is working as new. Mark's meticulous measurements and installation ensured the shutters all fit perfectly with even spacing and alignment. We chose wood shutters over plastic because of the look and feel, and CCS's product provided our kids (dust allergies), with a dust free environment. Now after recent complete window replacement, CCS has provided great after sales service. My extended family and friends use CCS for all their shutter needs and concur that they are happy with dealing with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plantation shutters!!!

Many of our friends/colleagues recommended California Shutters but we chose Canada Custom Shutters because the quoted us a much better price and we were very pleased with the quality of the product. Why spend more when you don’t need to? When we had the shutters initially installed 10 years ago it was a big job – just about every window in the house. The installation went so smoothly. There were absolutely no issues – the installer was efficient and so pleasant. We recently needed two louvres replaced (our kids broke them playing) and again I found the service was fantastic. The installer when out of his way to keep the cost to a minimum (e.g. salvaging one of the louvres rather than requiring a replacement). We love the shutters. They are simple but elegant. And finish each room beautifully.

When we redesigned our den, we decided to freshen up our windows with shutters. We had contacted two other vendors before finding Canada Custom Shutters. All companies seem to have great products, but the huge differentiator for Canada Custom Shutters was their price. The cost was vastly lower than their competition...so much so that we wondered if they had an inferior product. In any case, we liked what we saw and decided to take a chance on them. When they came to our home to display their product, they were very professional. They clearly explained their product and answered all of our questions. They day of installment was seamless. They arrived on time & perfectly installed the shutters. It gave our room a whole new look. We were very impressed and happy with their overall service. We've had our shutters for at least a year and they still look as perfect as the day they were installed. They are so easy to clean. They adjust fabulously -- we could either have the room full of sunlight or 'blacked out.' If we were to purchase more shutters, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Canada Custom Shutters again. We wouldn't shop around again because they were a pleasure to deal with and have a solid and affordable product. If you're looking for shutters, we can guarantee you'll be as pleased as we were.

Canada Custom Shutters was recommended to me by a family member. She had them install shutters years ago and they continue to look amazing to this day. I contacted them and a few other company for quotes. Canada Custom Shutters was by far the most professional. They showed up with samples during the free quote and discussed their many options. Diane Miroddi was easy to talk to and she worked out a very attractive price for us. We had the majority of our windows done and being it is an older home each window had its own issues. The installer was able to fit the shutters beautifully. They also painted them Cloud White by Benjamin Moore (so they match my trim perfectly). I love my shutters and highly recommend them to anyone considering California shutters.
