I had most of my windows replaced through this company. It took some time for the window order to come in but once it did, everything went smoothly. I can't put my finger on it, but I always felt I was paying too much. When the wall was wet beneath one of my new windows several months later, the West sales guy immediately said "what makes you think it's the window?" I had to cut the drywall myself and determine that it was, in fact the window before they would fix it.

Experience from start to finish was professional. Given timelines that were met. Windows look great!! Company has been in business for year for a reason. I would recommend using West Windows 100%.

Our overall experience with the company has been nothing but terrible. First time going in the Sales person did not take us seriously nor did he listen to what we were telling him. Finally after being there for 45minutes he then realized that we already knew exactly what we wanted. Then we waited 2 weeks for a quote to be sent, nothing. Called and spoke to a new sales person he mentioned that he would follow up with our quote and nothing! They obviously don’t need any residential business. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We are so happy with the install of our new front door, living room window and storm door at the back of our home. Ralph was our sales guy. He was awesome to work with. Explained everything in detail about the mechanics of the window and doors. Tim and Colin did the install. Great guys. Excellent workers. Polite and helpful when we had questions. They cleaned up everything before they left. It was two very hot days(40C) but they didn't stop. Two thumbs up to this great local company. We will need to do the rest of the house and west windows will be who we call.
