Amazing Patio door nice and warm with well built quality. I regret not finding about this place a long time ago. Don’t buy from those cheap glass company, you won’t get the same quality. This can last for many years. Our family love the design and no issue with the cold in the winter. First time I see a door made with 100% Aluminim. We will buy again in the future. Very decent pricing.

If I could I would give zero stars. Save your money and invest it with another company. Changed all the windows of my house 5 years ago.I had issues with my French doors and one window since day one. More specifically, we had water infiltration from the French doors. It took over a year for someone to come and see that the door didn't have the small holes at the bottom for the water to drain...so he dod them manually and obviously it doesn't really look good, but I decided to keep my mouth shut. Still had water infiltration though...so the second guy saw that one of the the doors at the bottom on the side had a hole so he put silicone... 2 years later the trim of the door has a big gap. I've been calling the company for over 1 year, supposedly someone was going ro send me a service person, but obviously nobody showed up or contacted me. I emailed the owner of the company attaching pictures, he didn't even bother to call me. My French doors don't close properly and I have rain and snow come in from between the 2 doors. The company doesn't care. The keep my messages to pass them to whoever is responsible and nobody calls me back. Also one of the windows is catching so much ice in the winter that I have to use a blow dryer... there's mold growing on the window that I have to carefully remove... and obviously the issue is there since day one. I brought an inspector and he said that the window is not properly manufactured... obviously I informed the owner of the company and whoever answers the phone... but again... no one tried to contact me. Wish I had done a research before signing the contract and paying them...

I ordered 3 doors from them. My sliding patio door has had leaks since day one. Every time I call them, they tell me to remove the door and bring it to them. The door is easily 100lbs, and what am I suppose to do when the door is being fixed? Service after sale is very poor to say the least. Beside trying to get anyone to call you back is impossible. While there prices are competitive, you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headache and use another company. I’m going to have to replace the patio door again, because it leaks so much it’s like having a window open.
