We were served by Dora, a very nice and good sales lady. We bought 12 curtain pannels at 80$ each and had them all shortened for 20$ a pannel. An extra 240$ Not only did they not tailor them evenly, but the extra fabrics that measured aproximately 1 meter werent given to us. When I called to inquire about my fabric that we paid for, the man on the phone with a funny french accent not only was arrogant and rude, but was also not willing to help us. He claims it must have been less then 12 inches so the seamstress just throws it in the garbage. I'm not stupid, my mother is a seamstress and I grew up helping her alter things at home from clothing to curtains. Heck, 3 years ago I made my own curtains to redecorate but to also stay within budget. We figured this year we have the money, lets pay for them and pay someone to work on them. But what a waste of our time and money. You might as well just buy curtains at Wal-mart, Zellers or make them yourself. This place is not worth it. We also purchased a double patio door roll down blinds which werent rolled properly.. Everything totaled over 2000$ and this is how we get treated. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
