Everyone was so friendly. The mechanic did a great job and we even got our bike back same day. The person helping us at the front desk was so very kind and offered to help us out and down the stairs. I'm largely pregnant so this was definitely well appreciated. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These guys were awesome when I bought my new road bike! I had a ton of questions, had a few test rides and adjustments and they handled it all excellently. And I am a proud owner of an awesome bike!

Top of the line customer service! Staff was super knowledgeable on all products - recommendations were on point! Warm, welcoming atmosphere, custom boot fittings, what more could you ask for? Made the whole buying experience enjoyable. Highly recommend Alpenland!

Couldn’t believe how unfriendly the older gentleman was at the cashier. Although all younger staff throughout the store were very friendly, the man at the cashier was miserable. When browsing around at the front he never once asked if I needed help. Even when I went up to make a purchase he did not try to make conversation, nor asked if I found everything okay, or even a thank you!? If your in sales, maybe try to be a little nicer to your customers. I will never shop here again. I would rather go to the other local board shops where staff actually help a customer, make conversation, and appreciate the business.
