This lawyer stated on recording that I need his permission to record him intern I had to school him to the effect of the crim code as well as the court code in front of various people in the hall way as I mentioned he needs a upgrade and to read the crim code more carefully before he assumes the law protects his incompetency from being exposed Initially He was fully supportive and optimistic about the case I hired him for untill he received the certificate then he became very lazy & argumentive , he would ask questions then cut me off in the midst of answering he was suddenly wanting to talk about anything but my case facts , after obtaining certificate uninterested in my case facts and intern we spend a great deal of time talking about his choice of topics which was " court house gossip " ( his personal judgments to the effect of drama ) his long time family pet etc just personal matters unrelated to my legal concerns when I stated I'd rather not discuss other lawyers and judges court house gossips and procedures etc & I asserted myself and became adamant in reguards to going through my evidences and speaking about my case facts the man QUIT on me like a spoiled rotten child who was being vengeful because I DIDN'T want to speak of his choice of conversation topics but rather finally have my evidences reviewed and considered by my own lawyer as I very well should expect so 1 remand from trial he had still not reviewed my evidences and had quit on me which put me in a last minute jam had it not been for the crown attorney himself who provided me with a lawyer I would have been stuck with no defence on the day of my trial So hey people you are allowed to record every moment of your lawyers communications and also your court hearings and no u do not need to inform you are recording and or ask permission to record do not let these lawyers police and or workers tell u otherwise section 183.1 criminal code gives u such right as well people you very well should expect your own lawyer to spend time reviewing your case facts vrs gossiping about court house colleagues and or working on talking u into a plea bargain The lawyers on the quit on you when you hire them and ir try to convince plea agreements accumilating remands and unnecessary case convictions intern create a budget as they drain the tax payers when you are innocent & rather go straight To trial in belleville are Lennox Picard Lee st lebrun And family lawyer Jeff vandeclute BE SURE TO RECORD EVERY WORD THESE LAWYERS SAY Because I'm telling u right now they will play you and your case out to the full extent of a status quo for the courts and profit for themself !!
