The gym is pretty large and clean with tons of amenities- a pool, saunas, classes (hot yoga, spinning, etc) and a separate women’s only area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I cannot stand that there is usually someone right inside the entrance trying to make a sales pitch or intimidate you into giving them contact info to hound your friends to join. I already pay $$ to go here, I don’t want the constant harassment.

A large, spacious club with tons of facilities! The staff are wonderful & friendly. They truly care about each members goals & personal experience! Would highly recommend to those serious about their fitness ☺️☺️

The gym is big and the environment has been taken care of well. HOWEVER, my stuffs were stolen twice since last year, and when I called, the front desk told me that they don’t care that, and I was told even if they would see the lost stuffs in the changing room, they would throw them into the garage directly, NOT wait for even couple of hours if people come back. I hate throwing bad review about my favourite gym on google, but I had never been so DISAPPOINTED about this gym. I lost my gym clothes, and 2 locks that I purchased in different period, nothing was even delivered to LOST AND FOUND, they treat people stuffs as GARBAGES.

This is a gym that is way bigger than it looks from the outside. Pool, classes, hot yoga, spinning, child minding. They have everything. Great staff too!

A phenomenal facility in St. Catharines, this gym has it all! Hot yoga, group fitness classes, pools, a women’s only section, tanning, child minding, and all the weights you could imagine!
