Kim listens to the areas of concerns you bring to class and focuses her instruction to address those areas. She provides therapeutic yoga as well as having you listen to your heart and head. Kim continues to educate herself so she can help those who are fortunate to walk into her studio. You feel truly cared for as you practice your yoga!

Kim is absolutely AMAZING. The first time I met Kim was after my brother passed away; I did grief yoga with her and it helped me with my grieving process immensely. I then decided to take her Reiki level 1 course and discovered more about myself than ever before. She is an amazing role model and teacher. Her energy creates an atmosphere for healing, learning and growing like no other.

Kimberly is a well prepared and informed versatile instructor. Her conscientious efforts to assist others in finding physical as well as spiritual peace have been met with great success. You will like her easy demeanour and forthright manner. She will not only instruct; but will become your friend and guide.

I cannot thank Kim enough for the impact she's had on my life. There's always a warm welcome, a hug and a great sense of community. Full life is so much more than a yoga studio.

Full Life Yoga is a boutique yoga studio with big heart. There's an amazing sense of community here and Kim is one of the warmest and most caring teachers I've had the pleasure of practicing with. Bonus points that it's a short walk from my place!!
