It was a nice place to take my child and now it seems very immaturely run. I have brought up safety concerns on children equipmention and the way some chokdren act numerous times and feel they do not check it over or supervise situations. It is hard to set up lessons or cancel as the staff does not know a lot about that. I have repeated had to show my ID when I take in my 3 year old due to safety, then see someone who has not received their pass like my child gets in without even being checked out. (a 3 year old won't wait long, I have to wait for them to check my ID , even with his pass. ) I canceled membership the other day in person downtown and I got an email stating I needed to cancel in person or by email. The last year has been nothing but hassles. Its upsetting too because i canceled due to the stress and it was a great place for my son to go swimming and play, we had been going since he was 9mos. There are many other opportunities out there that are far cheaper for kids. These guys will up your charge without noticed. It can cost up to 50 a month for a 3 year old membership.

Great workout equipment and great play structure for kids

Good facility, equipments are high quality. Lots of parking around. Change rooms offer lockers with automatic locks. However on busy days when there is lot of kids around they need to figure out a way as there may be small kids running through the weight room section and can be quite dangerous.
