Stayed there once when KOA had buy one get one opening weekend. I stayed in one of the kabins. I love the cabins. This location far from GTA but close to Bruce peninsula. Enjoyed the stay overall. Recommend for families with young kids.

We stayed in the fall and hiked the Bruce Trail. Very well kept place and convenient location. Close to town but still definitely in the country

Was so easy to book when I called- App said it was full called and left message- called back in less than an hour, fully booked up, less $ than I thought! Super pumped for my camping weekend

On the day we arrived, I read a number of poor reviews for this KOA, related chiefly to the Canada Day weekend just passed, when I'm sure the place was packed and everyone was running their AC all day long. Power and water issues were leading to the negative comments, I believe. Well, we were here the week after the holiday, staying for a full week, and we didn't experience any issues at all. The check-in procedure was efficient and the lady behind the desk most helpful. Our corner site, 037 at the back of the campground, was neat and tidy with a slightly forward facing downward slope and a gravel pad. The hookups were all in good condition and, as we experienced throughout the week, completely reliable. We were lucky that midweek the place wasn't busy so we felt we had plenty of room and that it wasn't noisy at night at all. We were impressed when the staff came around to clean out the fire pits where people had left a site, and they trimmed the grass up as well. We didn't use the shower block and toilets but they looked well cared for and the garbage and recycling facilities were good - that is they were never overflowing. Generally we prefer the bigger spaces of a Provincial Park to camp, but the Owen Sound KOA worked very well for us for the week with the full service site, and enabled us to explore the Bruce Peninsular at our leisure. Would we go back? Yes, of course!

I'm only giving this 4 stars because the pool was a good size but cold. Its heated or so they said. It's also salt water felt slimy after a swim need a shower. Other then that the place was great very friendly clean site. Dog friendly! Kids loves it.
