First time visiting this weekend and all I can say is very disappointing staff! The office hours aren't correct they close the office whenever they want and therefore you cannot play mini putting or games etc. The Christmas event was cut short this weekend and no notice was given so my kids missed the event. They say there is sewage on site and there is not. They also state there is no noise or fires after 11pm.. there was tons of people this weekend with music and huge fires until 2am.. no one came to check at the back for this and I had to leave at 3am with both toddlers and a baby due to the noise. Not going to name names but the woman at the office saturdasy was absolutely rude when called the office to inquire about why activities or the office is closed early or cut short and basically had no excuse for them. I will not be coming back here as there is no staff and the ones that are there do not run things properly around this park and are very rude. If you like a bunch of rowdy people blaring music until 3am go here or if you want to sit in the woods by yourself go here cause basically you have to go to the office to do any activies at this park. Oh and they neglect to tell you that if you dont return your key pass they take 10.00 off your credit card when we asked about this before leaving they said office was closed bring the card tomorrow to get your 10.00 reimbursed when I traveled 3 hours away. Thanks but no thanks

Been spending summers here for years. Great camping experience. I also agree. Kathy the manager the nicest lady you will ever meet.

The park itself is good, nice pools and mini golf, great woodland surrounding the park and the people who stay on the seasonal sites are great. However the "swamp" pond at the front is disgusting, oxygen deprived and absolutely stinks, to the point that you cannot open your trailer windows and the amount of mosquitoes that come off it is intense! Also the rec hall is just an almost empty building, needs money spending on it. I would rate much higher if they just cleaned the swampy stinky mess.

Spring Valley is a great park. Highly maintained. Professional staff, that will go out of their way for their customers. Seasonal section offers many types of sites, most have good privacy. The overnight sites are just big enough to offer a little breathing space between trailers although you would not want to have them closer together than they are, especially the pull through sites. Nice ponds to look at. Very good park and if you get a chance to go there you should.
