If I could have tied the mattress to my car and brought it home I would have - bed was absolutely perfect. Room was very clean, staff were super friendly. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the coffee - I need my coffee in the morning and both the in-room and breakfast room coffee offerings were like drinking dishwater. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. My first review was from a year ago. I just stayed there again this week and the in-room coffee was a different brand that was much much better. I can now change my 4 star rating to 5. All staff here, not just the desk staff are so darned friendly and helpful every time your paths cross. They have customer service down to an art. This is now my go to hotel in Thompson. Love it!

We were a last minute drop in, and were well cared for. The only draw back were the lack of extra outlets for my wife to plug in her CPAP machine. Breakfast was quite good. I'll come back next time I'm in Thompson

Breakfast was amazing! Waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, and juice on tap. Of all the hotels in this area, this one is truly clean. Also, they have terrific internet, everyone could be on device. The staff are happy and friendly. Thanks BW I will be back!!!

I always have the best stay at this hotel in Thompson. This is centrally located and facing away from the downtown core. Not only is the Breakfast is fantastic!!! But there is more- there is a light snack of soup and nachos in the evening. Perfect for a light eater as a meal, or for a tide over until supper.

This is the most horrendous hotel I may of ever stayed in. An associate of mine, who has Medicinal marijuana was thrown out. I called to try and ask questions as they should not be able to one, go through your room, and secondly scream and yell at you for having a prescription. Was told he was kicked out, and yelled at and repeatedly hung up on by ethal and Shannon. A HORRIBLY HORRIBLY managed hotel. do your selves a favor and stay at days inn or the quality. These guys do not have a hospitable bone in their body.
