I enjoy the gym. It is set up well and kept clean. Customer service is another thing. Just because the prices are low is no excuse not to provide customer service. I do not like the faceless front of businesses that are emerging these days. I want to be able to call a head office when I have a question or concern and I can not do that with this company. In order to get the help I need (I need to go into the gym during staffed hours). That's fine if I'm going in, but I want to take care of my issue now, over the phone, not when I eventually go in there when the staff is there. Think you can get personal service on their facebook page instead? Nope, they are rude and unhelpful! I'll keep my membership because I'm in an agreement and because I want the exercise, but I think in the future I would personally rather pay more and go to a gym that is closer and has a commitment to treating their customers like they matter.

Recently signed up and, my first experience with staff and the facility was great! I was greeted at the entrance when going in to get my membership card, offered a tour & felt welcome right off the bat! I am excited to be a part of the Fit 4 Less Family & look forward to a healthier more fit lifestyle!

I have been going for 4 weeks now and truly enjoying feeling healthier. Most people clean their machines and it is not like the old smelly gyms. This is clean fresh and has lots of variety in a large space. Made a good decision in 2019.

Excellent facility with a wide range of equipment for a very reasonable price. Open 24/7, staffed weekdays. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and (like it says on the wall) there's "no judgement". People at all levels of fitness work out here. There are change rooms, lockers and recently installed showers. You can choose your level of membership as well. Worth checking out!

The positives of Fit4Less is the gym is big and has lots of well kept equipment and even with the gym being as busy as it is you can normally get on what you want after 5 minutes or so. The negatives set in when it comes to the staff. I don't often talk to or deal with the staff but when I do it always leaves me unhappy and with a bad taste in my mouth. I have only talked to the staff 3 times but I will tell just my latest encounter. My friends wanted to pay the same day fee to get in just to try the gym, one of them being under 18 was denied getting in because of their underage rules (That are kinda ridiculous to begin with) Not allowing anyone under 18 to get in without purchasing a pass with a parent present. I think that is well and dandy to sign up someone underage but when you have staff on sight and an adult with them for the whole duration of the stay why are they being forced to get a pass or no entry? At that point the staff become almost worthless to even have aside from a janitor and someone to do paper work. Anyways after they are denied i ask what the rules about being underage and the employee begins to explain and mid sentence asks how old I am and basically demands ID. At this point I was stunned that i was being asked then he asks my name to look me up in their system, I give him my name and he see's I'm 23 and then asks again what my question was. I walked away bewildered that he just assumed I was underage, lying and not following their rules because i asked a simple question. I have been going to this location since opening and have been a constant customer for nearly the whole duration yet I'm treated like a liar. The price is right, the equipment is good but do everything you can to avoid the staff.
