Customer service is great, and they have things for all kinds of animals not just cats and dogs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great offering. Otto pulls us down the street to visit when we are within a 2 block radius. Happy to have them as our neighborhood pet store.

It's a great store with a lot of options. And when you can't find an specific product, they can purchase for you, what it's awesome. Would be even better if they could delivery.

A hidden gem of pet stores. Not the largest store or available parking but they have almost everything you would need. The best thing about the store, however, is their warm service and genuine caring for pets as it shows in the helpful advice they provide. Highly recommended for all your pet needs!

Good selection of products, the store feels a little crowded.
