I really love the convenient location of this store. Their selection is great and they often have really good sales. The staff always greets us when we come in and are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff was very helpful! We went in with our new dog and honestly had no idea what we needed. They hooked us up with everything we needed to get started. The staff was friendly and attentive. They asked me if it was ok to give my dog some treats and went a little overboard. That would be my only concern.

This place has a lot more selection in terms of collars than many other stores. I also love that they carry several different raw food brands. The sales people here are always nice and very friendly. I love having this spot so close to my work, it's convenient and never overly busy as they seem to know how many people to staff to make sure you're never waiting too long for help or to cash out. I also noticed they have a wide sale section, and can usually find what I need in one visit, compared to other pet stores that don't have enough selection The only thing I'd like to see at this store is them carry the Pet Safe Easy Walk, as my dog finds a way to chew through hers on a 2 month basis. They also have a section for pet baked treats, which look amazing and I look forward to getting for my dog for special occasions. I think they also do dog grooming, although I haven't used it, I see other pet owners come and use it frequently so I assume it's pretty good. Overall, definitely a good stop for all your pets needs.

Went in today with my 2 year old Aussie Doodle looking to buy a retractable leash. I was warmly greeted by a staff member (didn't get her name ) and within minutes came back with a treat for Bailey and asked if I needed help. I already chose my leash but she helped me (Bailey) try on a harness I was looking at. I could tell she loved dogs. I never get this service in Vaughn where we live. Thanks Pet Valu
