We have a little Yorkie who we like to have shaved down. It’s hard to find places in the city with reasonable prices for simple cuts so we were happy when we found this place. We were very happy with his cut. The groomer missed a nail, I went back in and they were very accommodating. It was a different groomer working and she still took the time to fix the nail. They also have a nice selection of raw food.

I am so grateful I found this little gem, about 10 minutes away from me (I’m in Yorkville). I’ve been to MANY pet stores and nothing beats k9 couture. I can easily spend 3 hours just in the clothing selection alone. My Italian greyhound Ernie loves his trips to this shop :). The staff are friendly and ready to help - David is awesome !! He really cares about dogs and is so kind and helpful. He remembered Ernie and my name, after only meeting me once, which is super awesome and makes the customer feel special/important. If you’re looking for selection and one stop shopping, this is it.

I've been happy with their pet food, leashes and other products. It's a nice store to take your dogs to. I used to be happy with their grooming with their previous groomer. But in my last grooming session for my poodle I requested a teddy bear face with a summer body short cut. I was also told it would be$100 this time( earlier it was $80) around as I would be provided a better groomer.Sadly my dog just received uneven groom( especially around the tummy) and a basic trim around the face. Definitely not the teddy bear face I requested for. They also called me up later to convince me it was my fault as I wasn't clear with instructions instead of offering an apology. Will definitely not recommend them for grooming anymore.

We have 4 long haired Chihuahuas. We live in the area. Given the area and high rent charged to most store owners, their prices are fair and on par as expected for the area. Our main shop stops: BullySticks, Dog treats, Grooming & (on occasion) Birthday celebration cookies & outfits. Our most recent experience with a groomer has been with Jamie. She specializes in cuts with scissors. Of note: We bring our own shampoo. We are particular with what we use & usually use a Neem based shampoo & add lavender essential oil. I am happy that they allow us to bring our own products. Our most recent experience: We took 2 of our male Chis. One of the Chis has a double coat fur & the other is soft hair; for this reason the approach MUST to be different on each of them. I explained what I wanted for each one, how it should be cut, how long and short. She met our expectations & our Chi boys, while nervous at the beginning, felt very comfortable with her (very important). A definite repeat experience.

I've been going to this store for the last 15 years since it's previous location on Queen Street.. K9 Couture has a wide range of dog and cat supplies, food, accessories and clothing..you can get some really nice clothing ,collars, dog bags,a shoes, slings you just can't find anywhere else and some things are handmade by dog designers and very good quality and lasted for years and in still great condition. My dog was a rescue and very over weight and very sickly when I received her from the previous owner and if it wasn't for this store my dog wouldnt be alive today. The owner taught me how to get her back in good health on the knowledge, food supplies and supplements that was recommended to me. I like that so many of the food supplies are high quality and made in Canada or the U.S. by reputable companies. My dog has come I'm for a groom many times and I was so excited to see how beautiful my dog BB turned out. She has had a lion cut and teddy bear cut, nails were clipped and tear ducts and her bottom was cleaned out so well she looks so adorable and smells great everytime! Thank you so much K9 Couture!
