I will never take my animals to this place ever again. Usually I get him shaved at my local pet grooming place. The lady let’s me come right in so I can pet him and make sure he feels secure. At petagree when I offered nicely to help them with him. I wanted to let me cat know that I was there for him, they refused. The whole time they were quite short with me. I had to inform them for a second time that I didn’t need his nails trimmed. She was rude about that. Then I watched them put a leather mask over his whole face. It reminded me of something out of a horror film. I cringed but I didn’t say anything. I knew they would immediately tell me it was so that the cat didn’t bite. My cat has never bit anyone and when I usually take him he feels safe and secure the whole time. I had to listen to him scream and wail because they kept twisting him into uncomfortable positions and instead of readjusting him they just yanked him harder. At moments I had so much anxiety watching them that I wanted to yell STOP and grab him and run out. But I tried to keep calm and I spoke to him in a soft and comforting voice so that he could hear that I was there. I also noticed how filthy their store was. Pet hair on everything. Hanging from the ceiling, in the bowl of chocolates that they offered guests. I understand that they run a pet grooming place but I would still expect to see some level of upkeep. Not to mention that when I brought him home I noticed that they did a poor job on his neckline. I do not recommend this place at all. They don’t treat animals well and that should be their absolute top priority. I also felt they didn’t treat me well as a customer because I hovered and watched them groom him and I wanted the cheapest service they offered.

Linda did an amazing job on my large Bernedoodle, and the price was very reasonable given his size. She has two poodles of her own, and my big boy was camped out like he lived there when I came to pick him up. Highly recommend
