The only good thing about this store is Vee and Michelle, no one else knows what they are doing, the manager Maria is terrible and rude. the mission statement of this organization seems to have been lost somewhere along the way, they only care about making money, prices are too high for items that are used or broken, people who shop here are those who can afford to renovate, this store was first targeted to people who are in need, maybe new comers to Canada, I have seen syrian refugees comes and complain about prices, WHAT IS THIS?? The store is a mess, DO NOT SUPPORT!

Doing a great job for the families with low income.

Went there yesterday and today. Was looking at carpet and was told yesterday, 50 cents a sq ft. Went back today to pick some up, and no one to help. Cashier, Vilika, was very rude. The manager, Marina, I believe, called us back and said carpet was $1 a sq ft. We unrolled a couple of small rolls and size that was written on it, was wrong and one of them had paint spilled on it. No one seems to know what is going on with some products. Total waste of time, is what it was.
