Due to a computer system error at a Surrey location, this port moody location were able to squeeze us in last minute for a hitch installation. They were professional, efficient, and super friendly. They could have turned us away - but did not. Great customer service, would highly recommend them to anyone. Only logistical complaint - hard to navigate through the lot and parking is minimal

Very disappointed, again! This was the third and final chance they would get from me to provide me with a reasonable service in 5 years. Commitments are made by the reservation call center staff and are not kept by the staff at this location. The employees at either the call center or the location are given any authority to solve customer concerns and pass blame to each other. meanwhile leaving us, the customer, with no viable options. Very very disappointed!

Rented a van to save money on a couch purchase from Costco. (The company they use wanted to charge ma flat $150? no thanks) Booked online no problem. People working there were nice and accommodating. The van was relatively new and in great condition. Only two small complaints. One I had to wait a bit inline to rent the van. Only one person at the desk at the time. The other is don't believe the $1995 price. Once they throw in miles, taxes and other fees it came out to just under $50. Make sure you fill up the gas tank to past the original placement. They will charge you over .50 cents the normal gas prices per litre not put in. Still...saved myself $100 doing it myself.
