Consistently one of the best Canadian Tires I go to in terms of customer service. But today was special. It was pouring rain and I purchased a large tool cabinet, staff had me pull my car right into the maintenance bay and helped me load it where it was dry. Very grateful and impressed.

Canadian Tire wasnt as busy as I thought it would be this time of year. Of course most people cant get into the Christmas Spirit with little or no snow on the ground. Cashiers were pleasant and efficient as always. Merry Christmas everyone

Bought winter tire at this location last year. had them reinstalled and noticed one was losing air. went back without an appointment and the staff at the tire centre fixed it right away at no charge. was very happy with the service and the friendliness of the staff.

I dropped off my skates recently to have some work done on them. I was asked if my skates were purchased there-if so, the work would be free. My partner picked them up and they charged me 20 bucks to have the work done- she thought I purchased the skates elsewhere and paid them 20 dollars. I called back and the employee told me it was 20 dollars for what I had done and I explained to him that the skates were purchased there and I had been told that it would be free he rudely told me it wasn’t. I am never returning to this franchise...it’s crooked!
