I contacted Plethora with an expectation of doing some CAD drawings and make prototypes from that design. They were very eager in the beginning but lost interest saying that the drafter's boss may get angry. I am rather disappointed with "Flip Flop" attitude. But at the same time I appreciated Timothy Cerelli's expertise in his profession.

Plethora is now my go to shop for CNC machining and rapid prototyping. Efficient and timely turnaround times. I can’t say enough good stuff about them.

Overall experience 9.6/10 ---------------------------------------------------- Part tolerances, finish: 10/10 Customer Success Responsiveness: 10/10 Transparency of Cost: 10/10 Production/Delivery Time: 10/10 Cost: 8/10 I worked with Plethora on a prototype and small production run. Deno and Ian consistently responded within 24 hours, were open to chatting on the phone, and worked with me through production modifications as they happened. Deno went above and beyond to suggest helpful design improvements for manufacturability. My parts were relatively detailed, ornamental pieces with engraving and sandblasted finishes. The production team did a fantastic job. I also appreciate the flexible pricing structure based on lead time. Bottom line is Plethora made it quick and easy to bring my CAD file into the world. Hats off to these guys, they are among a handful of exceptional companies working to democratize maker culture. (pictured below) Berkeley Bottle Opener
