Terrible service. The woman doing my nails clearly had vision issues because I had to stop her from putting on polish 3 different times to fix either the nail bed on different fingers. She was unprofessional and obviously new at this. Had no clue what she was doing. She cut my cuticle in so deep it was bleeding and I didn't even get an apology for that. She continued to make a mess of my hands by doing whatever she wanted, rather than follow the picture of the nails I wanted mine to be painted as. She filed down my natural nails so badly, most of them were splitting. When I asked her to fix it, she kept filling them down to point where I had no nail tips left, hence I wasn't able to get the design I had wanted. I let it go, showed her a different picture of 2 different nail colors blended in that she claimed she could do but I was again disappointed with her "skills". She had to get another nail tech to show her how to do it, which was still ok but took over 2 hrs of MY time. I was still sitting patiently but the way she had filed down my nails were all mismatched in size and on the sides so now my fingers look flonky. At the end, I was charged $60 and when I questioned why (because all I had was shellac polish done) I was told $35 for shellac and $25 for design. The claimed the 2 tone nail polish is apparently a "design". I was too tired and disappointed to care at this point to argue so I paid and left. On my way out, I had grabbed a pricing list which stated $25 for shellac & $10 for design. I didn't see this until I got home and wasn't gonna go back and demand for a refund. I understand everyone is struggling after the pandemic but lying about your rates isn't the way to make money. Never going there again!

Didn't scub my feet well enough still had some dead skin even after 1st telling them thats the main thing I want done. But they are covid-19 safe and sanitation of the tools are in good shape. The price for a pedi is reasonable. If I lived closer I might come again.
