Today was my first time coming to this nail salon. I got a Pedi and a Refill with shellac and was overall happy with the service. I let them know ahead of time how picky I was with my nails, how I liked them shaped a certain way and that they needed to 'feel' like real nails. They took their time, was very patient and followed up with me throughout the service to make sure I was happy. I'm definitely coming back and have already booked my next fill! :)

Went to get a facial here a few years ago and the service was horrible. They were on the phone the entire time during my service and was speaking extremely loud - really took away from the atmosphere. Was not worth it for the $50.

horrible experience!! Went for eyebrow and upperlip threading, ended up coming without getting done. She started with an eyebrow, without finishing, started with another one, then back to first one, then upperlip. Finish one job at a time lady! Went for threading, in the middle of nowhere, she comes with a pair of tweezers, omg! so hurtful, i have them at home too, could’ve done myself if wanted to use tweezers.Very very unskillful job, please don’t take up something if you don’t know how it’s done, it’s very unprofessional !!!

Not impressed with the service. I called when they opened to see if they were busy and they tried to tell me to come later in afternoon until I said I would go somewhere else I was in a rush. When nails were being done they were uneven some longer then others. Shaped funny. Then when paying, never in my life have I paid $50 for a refill. I got absolutely no design on them just painted I think that’s a little insane. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
