Calm zen-like environment since their renovations, however I do miss being able to watch tv - lol. Staff pleasant and thorough.

Not very good nails honestly, theres glue stuck at the sides of my skin and the nails are so bulky. Overall look is not appealing

Very nice staff, first time trying this place the owner is nice but they used old nail polish on me after telling them a couple of times that their nail polish is old.. my nails weren’t cut evenly, my cuticles weren’t taken care of either. Overall they’re nice but I wish they had better work ethics.

i have long acrylic nails and went in today to soak off my old ones and get a new set. the nail tech really wanted me to get short nails and when I denied and said I want them long she told me it would cost $80!!! even though i was getting plain nail polish (not shellac) and acrylics which are $35 for a new set.... weird place

They will do anything to close up and get out of the store early. My nails weren't even dry yet! They shaped it terrible half were squares and half were coffins. They were SO short, my natural nails could have been longer. And they weren't properly done, it looked like my nails were a week outgrow. On top of that ive been coming here for so long and so do my sisters. Terrible customer service. BIG MISTAKE COMING HERE
