Love getting my powder dip with Joanne at Beautiful Nails! They last forever and she pays such good attention to detail. I won't get them done anywhere else now. Amazing array of choices as well.

They're very sweet and kind are my nails lasted two weeks! The shellac with sparkles actually lasts longer so you can save yourself some money and you'll have great fingernails for two weeks. My pedicures always hold up for a month. I was vacationing in Jamaica so I was impressed with how long it lasted being in the water every single day. When I'm in town I loved going there it's nice and clean and relaxing!

I booked with specific person who even did not care to take me. In addition to having a good service in nail place is about hand massage, hand cream, hot towel which didn’t happened for me. I am spending the same amount of money in other nail spas and the service is full. Probably not coming back

Terrible customer experience. I had appt at 1045, I had an emergency and couldn't make it. My daughter came in my place - Viet took a walk in instead and told my daughter they had no time for a mani, would she like pedi first then mani. When Pedi was done they told her they had no time for mani! Charged her and my mom $78 for a plain pedi and gel fill!!!! HOW does that add up????? This was so wrong on so many levels - He could have taken her during my appointment time - he chose not too. Talked her into a pedi she didn't want and then overcharged them for the whole treatment. Because a pedi costs more than just a mani - is that why they "didnt have time" - We have been coming there for years - what a strange way to treat customers.
