Really enjoyed it, went there for the first time. Selena and Kim were great! Recommend getting any waxing done before the nails.

Wondering if Nhi was still working at Kathy's Nail and Body care. Called but it wasn't the regular person who answers the phone.

Do not ever go here! I went the other day to get a bio gel refill and pedicure. They charged me $35 for a regular pedicure which I was expecting, so I was happy about that. However my friend got a shellac pedicure and they charged her $60 for hers. No prices were posted any where in the salon. She expected to pay more than a regular one, however not an extra $25 for shellac nail polish. I asked for a bio gel refill and asked for one finger to be sparkly. They decided instead of painting it with silver sparkly nail polish, they would dip It into sparkles. They charged me an extra $5 per finger for that, with no mention at all that it would be extra. No other nail salon charges an additional cost for a different colour nail colour (which is what I asked for they decided to do the dip ensuring me it would look really nice). When I went to pay they told me my total was $110? ($75 for just my bio gel refill). I’ve never paid that much for nails in my life. They said a refill is usually $35 then he changed his reasoning to the price to oh it starts at $35? Then he changed the reasoning to oh well prices went up due to covid. The girl who did my nails broke a few of my nails and she charged me for that and claimed it was my fault that it was broken. My friend had a similar experience, but got acrylic nails with 1 sparkly on each finger. She was charged a total of $120. These people make up prices as they go, and when you call them on it they make wild excuses to why they are charging that much. They were yelling at me because I took a stand and told them how ridiculous their pricing is. They refused to budge and told me I owed them money next time I came in. I told them I would never step foot in their salon again. What a disgraceful bunch of employees.

I went there for acrylic nails and my nails looked sooo bulky, and broke so easily, didn’t even last 2 weeks! And I paid $70. Usually acrylic nails last maximum a month.
