I am SO in love with how my nails turned out. The team at 9 Nails and Spa are so professional and very nice to talk to. Very welcoming environment Jenny did my nails and she was so sweet and very skillful!! I got a manicure and pedicure done. For the pedicure one of my nails didn't grow out properly, but Jenny did some magic with the dip powder and made it even. Goes to show how much thought she put in. Will be back soon!! ♥️

The quality of the work is average nothing special. It is very difficult to understand their prices. During the booking call they declared that deeping powder was $50 after the work I end up paying $80. They didn't explain why and what changed the price. They didn't inform that they have an extra price to remove the old layer and that they were charging separately for each and every process involved in completing the work. I never will recommend this saloon, I felt robbed.

Awful service. I lady cut my skin instead of my cuticle. It's been 3 hours and it's still spotting blood EDIT: THE STORE IS LYING. IF NEEDED I CAN SHARE THE RECEIPT AND THE BANK STATEMENT SHOWING I WAS THERE TODAY.

First time coming here, I did a shellac French mani & pedi, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve to several places before and by far this is the best. The technician took her time and was so detailed. Didn’t cut my skin like so many other places. This is definitely my new place.
