This is one of the worst nail salons in the gta BY FAR. The first time i came here i was not only WAYY over charged, but 2 days after getting my nails done for my birthday, i hit my hand (not that hard) on something and my REAL NAIL RIPPED OFF. So a year later i decide to give this place another try, i was charged $70 for ombre nails that literally started coming off 3 days after they were done. They rush your nails and have no care for the quality. if you want a nice set of acrylics, i would suggest going to nails for you which is on the other side of the mall. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

She took 3 hrs to do my Manicure and pedicure. Her staff has a little to no experience. Short staff and she's taking a lot of customers. Then when she was doing my color, she was totally rushing.

The girls sometimes are so new that they don't have experience enough do to a good quality mani or pedi. Their regular nail polish lasts a few days only and there is no guarantee on being replaced even if it goes bad in 2 days. For long customers like me this is a slap in the face. I will no longer go there and I'm looking for another place... what is not going to be difficult to find. With the plans of the new buildings replacing Dixie Mall, for sure they should keep their clientele. Not the case with me.

I was extremely disappointed, I went in to get a Pedicure and it was a Total waste of my money and time. I had to tell the young lady what to do several times. I will certainly Not be going back. 😤
