It was my very first experience in getting my nails done, and i am very happy the way they turned out. I showed lady the picture of the nails i wanted and she did the exact same. Great service.

My girlfriend got her nails done.. she was crying after she came home… everybody was making fun of her nails, they were so bad… she went to complain, but the manager name as Nancy misbehaved and staff was making fun of her… dont get your nails done here …

I have been here for many years. Always heard complaints, but never experienced it until today. I called for a full set and pedicure, after my pedicure when the lady who was doing my pedicure found out I also booked for a full set, her attitude became very hostile. She took off my previous set and was taking off the nails so harsh that ripped 2 of my natural nails and one ripped under my skin. I told her I was in pain and asked if she was sure she wanted to do my nails because it was so harsh, the treatment. I left with horrible customer service, acrylic residue all over my hands, 2 ripped and one deeply cut nail. If it's very unfortunate experience and will never come back here again after being a customer since 2008.
