I am used to Ryna’s nails over the area, went to this location for the 1st time with friends reference and loved it. The team is great and professional. The girl name Kim is the best which i got. Much creative humble and welcoming. Loved this place will continue this location for sure. Best nails with reasonable price.

Mimi is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I requested a acrylic set with shellac and showed her a pic of how short I wanted it. She took issue with that. Moving forward as she was putting the nails on my hands she shaped two nails crooked. I asked her to fix them as they were slanted and she got upset. Starting yelling that if I didn’t like her service I should ask someone else. When all I did was politely tell her to fix something I didn’t like. I mean I am paying for the service. I then asked her how long I hate to wait for another person since she was upset about my critique. She yelled “ I don’t know”.The manager heard all the commotion yet did nothing. Didn’t step it to try to rectify the situation. It’s clear she runs the show here.
