I have been going here for waxing for many years. I am always pleased with the service they provide. Paula is always very careful, gentle, and efficient with her waxing. She pays attention to every detail. I have had another employee here do my waxing when Paula was not available, and she did an excellent job as well. I have really sensitive skin and I have gotten ingrown hairs in the past, but never have any issues when I go to Paula's. I have had other people who offer waxing services burn and damage my skin before and I know this will not happen when I come to Paula's, so I have quickly become a regular customer. I trust Paula's to always send me out the door feeling more beautiful than when I came in. All of the employees are very personable. Great customer service. Clean, friendly and relaxing environment. The prices are very reasonable! I have gone here for manicures and pedicure as well, and was always happy when I left. My mom also comes often for various services.

Paula"s nails is a life saver for me. I work in the construction industry, doing long hours and standing on my feet for most of the day. I started going there just for a pedicure, which they do a great job, removing calluses and dead skin along with trimming my nails and cuticles and finishing up with an amazing foot massage. Its absolutely the best feeling ever for my feet when i get off that chair that massaged my back the entire time. I feel so rejuvenated. Now I use them for everything. Manicures, facials and trimming and waxing my eyebrows, and soon to try a back massage. It's very reasonable in price that its not even worth my time or amateur effort to do it myself........Thank you everyone at Paula's, i don"t know what I'd do without you. You and your customers are very kind and friendly to me and I feel very comfortable coming in regularly........ See you all soon.

I live in the area and come here from time to time but doubt I’d even come back after this. I visited this store the 21st last month august and got a “mani pedi” in the beginning I was doubtful about doing my nails here originally went to do my feet I should’ve just listened to myself because we are now in September the 5th 16 days after getting my nails done and already my nails are breaking I have literally 5 nails left on my hands and they aren’t even long for this length I shouldn’t have been charged $65… but back to the point when getting my nails done I asked the nail lady to do them a bit thicker because they were so thin but she assured me once they dry they’d be fine. Now I usually get my nails done from a ig nail tech and when i do go to her my nails last months. I was in desperate needs to do my nails for a party that day but I don’t think it was worth it at all I paid $110 which was not worth it to me this place may be good for some but not for me you guys lost a customer & also beware that they steal pictures of other peoples nails work I am a witness the blue long nails on their website is my picture my ig nail tech did I had no idea they would steal my picture I gave them permission to take a picture of my nails but had no idea they’d have the nerve to post my picture without my knowledge. (And I have pictures to prove they didn’t do my blue birthday nails.)
