Go here if you want to be followed around and feel profiled as a thief. I felt so unwelcome. Not the first time either. I deliberately went to other sections of the store and sure enough the girl followed me and pointed me out to other workers. This is how I'm thanked for spending money in this store? Highly unlikely I will again and I will be advising everyone I know to shop elsewhere, where your business is appreciated.

They don't answer the phone often. Had to call 1-800-SHOPPERS to finally get someone to answer. I'm not sure if I will return to this Shoppers.

I have to compliment Tammy at the pharmacy at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Pembroke. I've had multiple issues with this particular pharmacy not faxing, ordering or following through with what they've said in the past. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was filled accurately and took whatever steps necessary to make that happen. She even called me back to let me know what was happening. I appreciate her and she should be recognized for her amazing work. This type of customer service is always important. It is appreciated even more when someone is dealing with health issues and the frustrations that come with it. Thank you kindly Tammy!
