Long story short, terrible service, unsanitary, expensive, rushed, and rude. They make you pay in the middle of your session, and the woman doing the nails is old and not up to date in modern day trend in nails. If I could give 0 start review, I would. The end result is terrible, and the price is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Go to other nail spas. Dont get scammed.

This was my first time going to this place and I came in with good intentions that they will give me a great experience but I was highly disappointed- first of all they didn't soak my nails or sanitized right after the previous customer. The experience felt super rushed for the money that I was paying. I did bio gel which lasted 10-15 mins of my time there. The lady didn't even filed or cleaned my cuticles before putting on the gel. She also forced me pay before our session was even finished... which caught me by surprise. This lady's name is Lys and simple put - I won't be coming back there. PLEASE do a better job at sanitization especially during times of COVID. Thanks.

This is the worst nail place that I have ever been to so far. Terrible customer service. The owner who partially did my pedicure was not only inattentive and careless, but she took offence when I tried to communicate my needs and asked not to go too deep into my nails.

The service was bad. They ruined my nail.

Decided to give this place a shot since I couldn't get in for an appointment with my regular place. Nice enough lady and place, she took me right before the holidays (same day appointment) which was nice of her since it's so busy. I had to wait over an hour to see her as she was the only one there. I get dip nails done regularly but she put a coat of shellac on top that started peeling off the next day. My nails usually last 3-4 weeks and lasted just under 2 weeks this time. She also charged me $15 for adding glitter to my nails, which I usually get for $5 max. Nice place, just wasn't for me.
