Got the worst customer experience ever. Me and two of my friends booked a Brazilian wax week in advance, and I have a screenshot of the confirmation email. The moment we got there the doors were locked so we called their number and she told us to come back another day even though I had already drove half an hour for this appointment, and booked it way in advance. She repeatedly told us to come back another day even though we told her we would wait for her. She hung up and another manager called us, not owning up to their own mistake and kept saying we didn’t make appointments when we did. She then told us to go find another salon, which was extremely rude. Would not recommend this place. I never write reviews but this place treated my friends and I so badly and did nothing to redeem themselves. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a good experience. There was a waxing clinic close to this one who happily accepted my friends and I last minute with no appointment, she on the other hand was amazing. Go anywhere but fine beauty.

Staff and owners are amazing! I’ve been going for 3-4 years now and I haven’t been disappointed once! I’ve referred people there even my husband and they love it as well. No doubt this is my go to place FOREVER! Highly recommend!

First of all, I love the atmosphere in there. All white looks really nice and clean. I did semi permanent eyeliner and brows. I was nervous whenI was getting eyeliner service because it was so close to eye. But she was so patient and told me to trust her. Then I was relaxed. I am very satisfied about the whole experience and the design. Thanks

I do not recommend this salon as they are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service. Me and 2 friends made appointments a week in advance and were very excited. When we arrived to the salon it was locked and no one was there. We called and were told that the salon was not open and that we did not have appointments. After explaining to the lady that all three of us received email confirmations she began arguing with us that we did not have appointments because their was nothing in her system and that she was not going in to work on that day. She then hung up and had the manager call us who continued to argue with us and tell us that we never made appointments even though all three of us received three separate confirmation emails. Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering to reschedule they told us to find another salon since we did not have appointments. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing and for that reason I do not recommend this salon. We made the appointment through their website and I understand that sometimes there are technical glitches but the way they handled this issue was very unprofessional and extremely rude and for that reason I will never go there. As you can see I have attached the confirmation email that I received immediately after making the appointment so I do not understand why the staff was so rude and adamant on me and my friends being wrong.
