At the initial phone conversation I was given an hourly rate for their service. But when we met to sign the agreement the hourly rate was higher. When I pointed out the discrepancy they agreed to charge me the hourly rate that they initially quoted on the phone. In the end the case cost me a lot more than what I was led to believe at our initial conversation. When I protested I was told this was a discounted rate! The case went as smoothly as a case of this type could go and yet the charges did not reflect that.
