I live a couple of hours outside of Guelph and have chosen to still use Paul Gazzola and his fantastic staff to purchase my home up North. They made everything super easy and I had no hassles. The renewal process was just as easy! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Broker.

Bad Experience. Did not help us through the entire process and were left hanging. We had received a pre-approval from TD bank before but were cut off later on and were told by mortgage adviser TD that as we had been to a broker so they would not be able to deal directly with us any more, Despite of having all our accounts with TD.

Hello All, Please understand, This review is being written 30+ months after my dealing with Carol Vuu and her make shift company called Simplified Finacial Solutions. It it very obvious, that she has left an awful taste in our mouths. Carol was very quick to jump on our business, but fell very short in comunication. 15+ phone calls and voice messages, and 10+ emails, with no responses with-in a 2 week period. Once she finally desided to contact us via email(4-5 weeks later), she did so with promises of calling or emailing to answer questions and updates. This of course did not happen. We were left with only 1 week before our closing to scramble to find financing. She said she was shopping for the best rate, which turned out to be the worst rate. She also forced us into a 2nd mortgage, at a rate of 9.5% ABOVE prime, with Lending fees of $10,000.00 for a $45,000.00 Mortgage. We were contacted by the 2nd Mortgage lender 1 yr after, to which, he dropped the rate as well as told us we had already been screwed enough by Carol Vuu. and he felt sorry for us, having to deal with this Lady. Umm, HELLO, What lender would ever do that? It is very unfortunate that Carol Vuu is able to continue in business... Words of advice....STAY AWAY!!!

Great friendly staff

I have dealt with Mr. Tom Johnson at the Mortgage Centre on two occasions, this gentleman is a true professional who gets things done fast! Tom always makes you feel important no matter what size of mortgage you are seeking, unlike the local bank I mistakenly tried dealing with previously. If you want a pleasant, quick, no strings attached home buying experience then do yourself a favor and call Tom Johnson at the Mortgage Centre.
