Emmanuel Randolph is an aggressive businessman. He is straight- up honest, very fair and consciencious. The very same day i called for an estimate to have my driveway paved he arrived and gave me a job quote. So fair it was, i of course agreed and much to my surprise had the job done the very next day. The quote was so fair and reasonable that i was able to afford and in addition to have my parking pad done also which i had not planned at this time. He and his crew were quick, proficient and kept clean work area. His crew was ploite and respectable and like doing their work.
