Didn't get to use the services but just trying to contact and get information was a problem. I think I spoke to someone who was the owner (not a customer service rep) and they acted like they didn't want my business. Why put your number on the internet if you don't want to be contacted. I figure 6pm on a Friday isn't too late to be open. I was a serious potential costumer willing to spend money but I felt brushed off. It's almost like this is a fake company.

I really appreciate their professionalism, respond in a timely manner, they treated my house in Mississauga inside and outside and provided a full protection specially ravine wildlife is at my backyard.

We had great service with these guys! Laura the front end person on the call is accommodating and comforting to say the least. Mike, the fellow who came and secured the house was friendly and answered any questions we had. Totally recommmend them!

We had new neighbors move in and with them came the plague that is known as cockroaches. Thankfully I had the number for Lady Bug Pest Control that used to spray the offices where I used to work. I called and Helena gave us thorough instructions on how to prep the house before hand and what to expect after the spraying is done. The team came in sprayed the whole house not missing any baseboard area. Haven't seen cockroaches since then and that was 6 years ago. Great team and good quality of work at an affordable price. Definitely recommend them.

Thomas came to our house within 24 hours of calling him. He did a thorough inspection to find out the sources of where our mice were coming into our house. He was so friendly and wonderful to deal with. He gave us many helpful suggestions to deal with the possible places of entrance. He spent over an hour and a half solving our mice problem and putting the mice traps strategically around our house. He is professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Mike and his crew were exceptional. First of all he managed to calm my wife and I down when we were utterly panicked about our bed bug problem. He was there to answer ALL of our questions at all hours and understood our concerns. Mike and his crew heat-treated our entire home in one day and our problem is gone for over two months now.
