Horrible! They do terrible jobs (even after you call them back out to fix what they didn't fix in the same time. They won't be available to take your phone calls when they owe you money and work either. point being if you want your money taken for crappy work that Grizzly Plumbing is the place to go!

My wife called them out to fit a kitchen fawcett. They turned up over 2 hours later than the appointed time. She asked how much it would be, was told $400. She phoned me, I said no, They immediately dropped the estimate to $200. She politely declined the offer, as it seemed suspicious that the bil could miraculously be halved, and they charged her $59 just for the call out! I fitted it myself later that evening - 45 minutes. Pretty horrified to think that some people may have just paid the $400, and not happy at paying $59 of my hard-earned to be insulted in this way. BTW NORHIO, if you want to challenge this, my invoice date is 12-4-17. Would love to hear from you - not sure how you could justify this. TERRIBLE !!!!

Dan at Advance Heating and Air Conditioning is a very personable man when you finally get him to come to your home and he quotes great prices off the top of his head, tells you he will send you a quote in a few days and then you don't hear from him again. You can call and he will be polite and say I will call you this evening but that call never comes. Unless you really have lots of time and don't really need service "DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS".

Delmar is in my business networking group. He made a great impression on the first day bringing his resume and proof of his liability insurance in a nice folder. He then did some work on my home. He was out wuickly figured out the problem found a part and got the issue fixed in record time. Super nice guy!
