Class Act saved the day! Our 17 yr old water heater decided to die. Hans came out even though he was swamped (no pun intended) with people needing A/C during the heat wave. He got a new unit installed the next day. Sadly, the manufacturer didn't have Hans' quality and after the "authorized repairman" couldn't get it working, Hans pulled the bad one out and installed another new one which is working great! Thank you, Hans, for great response and superior customer service!

Just be careful, more of a talker than doer and be sure to get pricing in writting.

When I called Craig Johnson Plumbing I thought I had a minor plumbing problem; they said they could be on site the next day. As I was talking with them, the bathroom began to flood and I realized the problem was much bigger than thought at first; With some phone calls Craig Johnson Plumbing was able to rearrange its's schedule to begin work on my problem in a few hours. The plumbers came when promised, did a good job, explained the problem as well as future needs. They were, at all times, friendly and professional. Based on this experience, I would recommend this service and I will call them again, when needed.

I was having issues with my leaky toilet for the past month. I approached Torrance Plumber and asked him if he could have a look when finished with that job. He came in, had a look, and knew what the issue was. Thank you so much for helping us, and I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Great service! They replaced a shower cartriged a few months back and when it started leaking again they came back out the same morning as the call and replaced the part for another one at no charge. Everything is working again and the annoying leak won't keep us up tonight.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

We recently had 2 medium-size jobs done by Boyd Plumbing, and were very pleased with the professionalism of the office, and with the skill and courtesy of the technicians. Kudos to Jeremy and Jon for being on-time, efficient, and like-able.

Do NOT do business with this company. Neither Mark Jr. nor Mark Sr. leave their house to meet their customers. Mark Jr. takes all the calls and sends unlicensed men that he hires under the table and promises to pay, but never pays them. This guy never met my husband except over the phone before he hired him. Then sent him to 3 jobs before he met my husband in person and still has not paid him for any of the jobs. My husband is an honest man just trying to take care of his 3 kids and me. We feel royally screwed by this guy. My husband worked 26 hours and received nothing. Plus he worked another 3 installing our toilets for this guy, while this guy collects the money and runs. We are filing a complaint with the ccb. Happy Valley Plumbing already has had a problem with other employees and this time is going to be fined and penalized. I hope this review helps you to better understand what kind of person you are dealing with, because this is not a professionally or honest run business. This guy is not to be trusted.

Mattucci is awsome. I had a leaky pipe in my house so I called the hotline. They said a tech was nearby. He came over very fast and provided me with a quick estimate, and quality service. The tech was a true expert and professional. He fixed everything very fast and was also conscientious about leaving the work area clean and organized. Well done, I definitely call them again!
