I had sewer backup late yesterday afternoon and my first thought was to call SM Plumbing because I know they will answer my call, discuss my problem and give me trusted advice. In this case, Marco suggested that I might be able to wait until morning when it would be cheaper and if I didn't use much water flushing, etc. I could wait until morning to have them come out. The next morning Marco came right on time (7am) and took care of the problem.

Very good and professional technician came to the house. He took the time to explain the process of snaking the drain. Pricing is about average according to my research. $160 to snake the kitchen drain is not cheap but not overpriced. I picked these guys cause they're local.
