The gas company came out and shut my gas off because they told me they found a gas leak. I called Richard Rooter and plumbing to do a gas pipe leak detection. Richard came out within 40 minutes and and found the gas leak. He was able to repair the gas leak within 2 hours. The gas company came out and turn my gas back on and now I have hot water. I would definitely recommend Richard Rooter and Plumbing to do gas pipe leak detection and for all of your plumbing needs.

If I ever need more work done I will use Pipe Bros! I am having some extensive plumbing work done at my house and I needed a third party to look at the work to make sure it was being done correctly. We called and Steve (owner) came out the same day. Spent a good amount of time looking at the work and explaining things to me. He told me what to look for and discuss with my current company and although I originally wanted him to camera the line to check things out he told me not to pay him to do it .... the company that I am already paying should do it for me for free and if I wanted him to look at it he would. Wow! You can't find honest service like that anymore. Most contractors will take all the money you will give them. On top of that he would only accept "gas money" for a house call. What a great company!

Terrible! I called to schedule a service that was not an emergency and they said they would send someone out between 1 and 5 PM that day; I was initially pleased until I waited all afternoon and no one showed. At 4:55 I called to ask what happened and they said they "didn't know." I asked to reschedule another day for a narrower block of time as they had already wasted 4 hours of my time that day. I was told only between 8 and noon or 1 and 5. What a joke!

Was referred to him by Service Tech (plumber). Showed up 1st day and said he had to research the local sewer mains in the neighborhood. I've had rooter service before and none had to do any research to clear a drain. A full 24 hours later he came back and said he had to go through the roof vent. Charged me $180 to clear the pipe. What a joke. My advice is to stay clear of this guy, and maybe Service Tech too. Maybe they get a kick-back for referring to him. Maybe that's how he stays in business?
